Dr. Jandali is board certified in pulmonary medicine, critical care medicine, and sleep medicine. After completing his fellowship in New York at the New York Presbyterian Hospital, Cornell University, Dr. Jandali has been practicing in Northwest Indiana since 2002. Doctor Jandali accepts new patients in the office as well as inpatient consultations at Community Hospital, St. Catherine's Hospital.

Dr. Shwaiki is board certified in pulmonary medicine as well as critical care medicine. Doctor Shwaiki has been practicing in Northwest Indiana since 2007 and previous to that was at the University of Connecticut where his did his fellowship. Dr. Shwaiki is accepting new patients in office as well as treating patients at Community Hospital, St. Catherine's Hospital, and Regency Hospital.

Dr. Srour is Board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine and Critical Care Medicine. Dr. Srour finished his Internal medicine residency in Staten Island University, NY and completed his Pulmonary, Critical care and sleep medicine Fellowship in Cook County Hospital, Chicago. Dr. Srour practiced in Baltimore area and Pittsburgh area before relocating to Northwest Indiana to Join Chest Physician Consultants. Dr. Srour is accepting new patients in office as well as treating patients in the hospital at St. Catherine's Hospital, Regency Hospital, and Community Hospital. 

Dr. Martin holds board certifications in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, and Critical Care Medicine. He completed residency training at The University of Louisville School of Medicine, where he was also selected as Chief Resident. He furthered his education in Pulmonary and Critical Care Fellowship at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, where he earned the distinction Chief Fellow. In recognition of his efforts during the global pandemic, Dr. Martin was presented the Cardiovascular Research Foundation of Southern California Hero of COVID award. He is now welcoming new patients in his office and as inpatient consults at Community Hospital, St. Catherine’s Hospital, and Community Stroke & Rehabilitation Center.

Dr. Katabi is a fellowship trained interventional pulmonologist and board certified in Pulmonary and Critical Care medicine. He completed his Interventional Pulmonary fellowship at the University of Minnesota and his Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine fellowship at Marshall University.

 

Dr. Katabi specializes in advanced, minimally invasive procedures for the diagnosis and treatment of complex lung, airway, and pleural diseases. His clinical expertise includes robotic bronchoscopy for precise lung nodule evaluation, advanced COPD management with endobronchial valves for lung volume reduction, and the management of benign and malignant central airway obstruction. He also provides comprehensive pleural disease management for complicated pleural disease effusions and complex pneumothorax. In addition to interventional procedures, Dr. Katabi provides general pulmonary care and manages critically ill patients in the intensive care unit. He is committed to delivering personalized, evidence-based care and works closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes for his patients.

 

Dr. Katabi is accepting new patients in his offices located in Muster and Hobart, Indiana. He is also accepting inpatient consultations.

Dr. Kutom, Originally from Chicago, Dr. Kutom completed his undergraduate degree in Biology at Loyola University in Chicago. He pursued his internal medicine residency at Weiss Memorial Hospital in Chicago. Dr. Kutom was selected to be a 4th year Chief Resident at Weiss Memorial Hospital.

 

Subsequently he started his Pulmonary and Critical Care fellowship in Michigan State University. During his fellowship, Dr. Kutom demonstrated a commitment to advancing the Pulmonary and Critical Care program and was selected to be a Chief Fellow during his last year. Outside of medicine, he enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants and staying active whether it be the golf course, playing pickleball or on the water.

 

Dr. Kutom is accepting new patients in his offices located in Muster, Hobart and Crown Point, Indiana. He is also accepting inpatient consultations at Powers Health Hospitals, Community, St. Mary and Powers Stoke & Rehabilitation Center.
